Get Spybot Search Destroy,
Ad-Aware SE,
Fix-It Utilities,
TuneUp Utilities.
If you get some or all of these programs you will be able to get rid of anything, just about.

Get a new e-mail address and only give it to a handful of close friends. Never use it to download or register anything. And you might get six months before the spammers find you.
Beyond that, about all you can do is mark any future spam you get as "spam" or add it to your blocked list so that you will not get more from that spammer. Then continue to do that with the rest. Check the Helps section of your e-mail program from specific instructions on how to "block" e-mails. Different for each program.

There should be a button called "spam" for all the unwanted junk mails! Everytime I get those junk mails I just click on that button and I haven't seen those emails since. Hope this helps!
