Can a test of who the father is be done while the woman is pregnant?

Boy this must be eating away at you..... I feel your pain and I'm sorry you are going through it. I'm pretty sure your going to have to wait and see when the baby comes. Usually it's a simple swab test and they need the child to swab. Other wise it would be a very costly and risky test to subject an innocent fetus to. I would hope that regardless you expect your husband to do the right thing by the child and try to be respectful of everyone's feelings. That means yours as-well! Hope you feel better soon take care of your self.

Yes but not to many docs are willing to do it not unless they are drawing fluids from the baby for a test because it does pose a chance of the fetus dieing.To me,finding out who the daddy is while Im pregnant is not worth the chance of a miscarriage.Plus I would know who my babys daddy was anyways.

Good Luck; If you have doubts, have an abortion and save your self the drama. Or fake a miscarriage to your partner.

yes but unless it is vitally important to know now like a lawsuit or something it is safer to wait.
