Your symptoms all indicate the involvement of the cranial nerves.. the discomfort in the neck reveals where the problem is originating. You apparently have a condition of long standing and it is finally involving enough structures for you to become very aware of them..That neck problem is primarily on one side... it is where muscles attach to the skull. This constant traction of one side, will cause pretty constant torsion of the skull itself, usually resulting in TMJ. Among other things. Primarily, inflammation of the cranial nerves... by the time it gets to stomach sensations we are already at the 10th cranial nerve or the vegus nerve... indicating you have most of the symptoms of Migraine Syndrome. Only 2 other nerves left to report in for discomfort. You should also be very aware of tenderness on the scalp itself.

I have had people in need of others to support them into the room, yet are able to walk out unaided. So your condition is not as unusual as you would think.

Is long past time for a visit to a chiropractors office. Meds may reduce the symptoms but will not take care of the causation factor.
