coffee works great, but not too much because the caffeine will give you the jitters. sugar will give you about a 20 minute spike of energy, and then you'll feel worse than before because of the drop in your blood sugar.

u can always try 2 go 2 bed early and whack up Early so u'r not 2 tired when u go 2 work that's what i do
