The shipping address. The biling address is used for authentication purposess.

It will go to whichever you choose. My billing address is my home address (where my bills go, which is the address used for the card that I use to make the purchase). I use that as my shipping address as well, but sometimes I use my workaddress in case the company or merchant sends an item that I'd have to sign for (can't sign if I'm not home....). They (online companies) allow you to choose, but there's no need to choose a separate shipping address if it's the same as your billing address.

Both! Billing address is for if you buying it for somone so that you can be billed but they get the shipping address to send it to them.
