how can i make the wrighting larger on the web screen?

Open Internet Explorer
Click on View
Click on Font Size
Change to medium (the default) - or larger is you want

You can also change the text size by holding down the ctrl key and turning the mouse scroll wheel. (Probably how you shrunk it to begin with).

In internet explorer select from the menu View>Text size pick the size that works best for you.

Go to View>>Text Size and you can change it there.

go to view on top of your screen..go to text size...and adjust to the size you want
