Social Security. I recently went out on disability & they had a printout of my whole life.

I suggest you pull out your old Tax returns and look at your W-2 statements (if you are in the US). I have not found anywhere that keeps this information handy, but perhaps Social Security may. I had to go back and find mine, and my tax returns worked great since I just looked up the employer names and then I wrote up a list. Once you have a complete list, you may want to write it up in excel or word for future reference.

Try to remember it. Just go back year by year in life. Maybe the credit bureaus or social security know more about it than you do. Check with them also. If you really don't remember exact dates, just estimate it.
