First Kenny gets zapped by the Visitors, then he gets trampled by cows, then Officer

was gone and it was all up to Kenny to complete the circuit. "Kenny, Noooo!!!!" When

Kenny and Cartman made a clubhouse, hoping to get some older girls to come. Two 16
year old girls come to their clubhouse and kill Kenny when they're dancing.

was from an evil parallel dimension. When the boys were trying to think of a way to get
rid of the spooky fish, it grabbed Kenny and pulled him into it's bowl. Then the fish killed
Kenny.

Merry Christmas Charlie Manson
Charlie Manson and Cartman's Uncle broke out of prison and was hiding out at Cartman's
Grandma's house. After a while Charlie and Cartman's uncle decided to surrender but
somebody had to show the police a white flag. Unfortunately that person was Kenny.
When Kenny walked out with a white flag, the police outside shot him.

Gnomes
When the boys are in the gnomes' secret hideout, a railroad cart runs off the track and
squashes Kenny.

Kenny's parka got stuck in the treadmill and then it started turning around. Kenny got
smashed while it was turning.

Kenny gets struck by a lightning bolt, but his girlfriend Kelly gives him mouth to mouth
and brings Kenny back to life.

Spontaneous Combustion
At the beginning of the episode Kenny spontaneously combusts. "He just ignited!"

When Kenny was at Chef's wedding, Veronica (Chef's soon-to-be wife) turned into a
succubus and stepped on Kenny.

Tweek VS. Craig
When Tweek and Craig were fighting, they knocked over the chair Kenny was standing
on. Kenny's head got caught in a blade and then it flung Kenny into a box of rusty nails.

Sexual Harassment Panda
Kenny was told by "Don't hold a large magnet while someone turns a fan on nearby
falcon" to hold a magnet for him. Then the falcon turned on a large fan and Kenny went
flying through the fan and got chopped up by the fan's blades.

Death
Death touches Kenny and that kills him.
