Do I need to learn Italian, or do you need to learn Italian?
If you need to learn Italian, you can go to a local bookstore and buy Cd's that teach foreign languages, or you could hire a tutor, or sign up for a class. Of course the best way to learn a new language is to be immersed in it, might I suggest moving to Italy?
