Liberated.

I could finally stop moving all of my possessions and only buy what I needed from then on.

Devastated in the aspect that I just lost it all 5 months ago, (except my dog) and liberated in a sense that I don't have anything but my own body weight to be concerned with when I lose my place to sleep in a few short days. Some work all their lives and lose it all in one mouse click...I've lost it all countless times. At 32, I've reached a point where I question what I need to cling to daily. But all I own is tools to earn a living....w/o them...My living seems impossible...But I still breathe...Don't I? Passive optimism during a pessimistic moment.

I would love to say completely liberated,
but I have to ask myself am I that far along in my pursuit to be detached from worldy things and possessions?
I hope so, I really do.
I have family pictures I would morn, but after I got over the initial shock, I think I would be able to rise to the occasion and look at it as an opportunity to grow as an individual with less to bog me down, and pursue my dream of living as a gypsy; no constraining baggage.

I don't think losing everything can be liberating but simplifying your life can be. But I think I would be devastated because I've worked so hard my whole life to get ahead but I would be alright

After the initial shock, very liberated.
No home, no car, nothing but me. It would actually be a lot less to worry about in the day to day, especially since I can walk to work. The lack of anything would give me more time to think and to focus on doing what I really want to do
