I can't get challenge 13 to load. Help My screen says that the Gold challenge is LOCKED.

Is there a trick to inputting 102.7 ? Incorrect is all I get
Edited to say: I logged out and logged in again and it took it. Just 102.7, no spaces. Annoying site today.
