Whats with guys and madden really? I called this guy from my school asked him what he was doing and he said he was playing Madden 07 with his friends. Then my brothers and cousins play it all the time having a "mini tournament" in our house. Also they use to invite our next door neighbors over (which are guys) to play. I just want to know why guys love madden sooo much?

That's a very good question and I will give you a good answer: It's a guy thing. Guys love to play Madden and to pretend to throw a TD to TO or any wide receiver. That bad thing about it is that if you get your @$$ kicked in the game; they will talk so much $#!t to you it is unfreaking believable. Personally, I can't play that game to save my life. It's a perfect match football video games only thing needed is beer if of age
but serious it a guy thing able to talk smack rub it in your boys face cause we know on the real field we would suck just a way to get away beats hanging on the corner with your buddies

I don't have guy friends who are into sports. Thank god for that because they avoid crap games like that and stick with something thats a bit more entertaining.
My guess is that its just a guy thing (not all guys apply though). They like sports, they like video games and the two of those together are heaven

Hey, not just guys love Madden! It is one of my fave games! And I can kick most guy's butts when we play, too! But I love football, too!

it's because men are competative creatures. it's in their nature to try to "rise above" someone else's abilities. plus... it involves football too.
