Of all cars currently on sale in the UK, the Hummer H2 has the greatest rear shoulder room (i.e. interior width at shoulder height), while the Chrysler Voyager has the greatest rear hip room (i.e interior width at hip level). However, the Voyager's measurement is not really relevant, as this measurement is for the second row of seats, where it has two separate "captain's chairs". If we exclude other MPVs for having separate seats, and the Maybach for having two separate seats with a console between, the H2 is still the widest.
There may be other full-size SUVs in North America with wider seats, but I don't have the information to hand.

A limo made to order. However, before ordering it would be wise
to check the Guinness book of records. Perhaps some nut may
have an accepted enter, then your would have to make it bigger
than his.

I'd say a Limo, if you get one, make sure you get good use of the back seat!
