That's happened to me before. Keep working at it. Wiggle the zipper up and down with a bit of Vaseline... it'll eventually open.

You could rub a little dry soap on the zipper, it helps just the same as rubbing the tip of a lead pencil over it.
Try to fashion a paperclip into a little hook that you can fish out the zipper with perhaps.

Believe it or not, rubbing graphite (the tip of a pencil) over the zipper will allow it to work easier.
