Just an email address would be hard to track. Just block him and ignore it. If it is really serious, then make a police report, send a copy to the Indian Embassy.

It may not get any action, because he is overseas unless Interpol is involved. Its worth a try.

Forward the threatening mail to Mumbai or Delhi Police, they will look after and take care of him. Don't worry.
