You can use a plumping lip gloss, like DuWop Lip Venom, but all it does is irritate your lips so that blood will flow to your lips causing an inflated, engorged, pout. If you don't mind the irritation and if you believe in "beauty before comfort" then go for it!!!!

collagen or use a lipliner then lip plumping lipstick and then a lip plumping gloss. try a mac, or maybelline.

Cinnamon oil works, but you can go to VS and get their shine gloss Collagen Lip Plumper.

The cheapest way is to round up a swarm of bees, agitate them in order to have them sting at your lips. But I think you might need to repeat this every couple days because the swelling might subside.

depending on how old you are you can do different things but if your over about 18 go to the doctor and ask about medicines or surgery

by rubbing Cinnamon oil on them. the kind your grandma used to make rock candy. you can find it in any grocery store, or specialty market. works awesomely
