=I do not think that it is a question of gender but that of an individual personality which begins at birth and continues to develop both good and bad traits. When the ego is rewarded it is encouraged to seek more.

Men as a whole are more demanding. This is due to their upbringing. Women at one time were taught to be docile and subserviant while boys were taught to be aggressive and demanding. In our culture today even though there are more women in the work place the male is nore demaninding both in work and realationships.
