If you are not a princess by birth, you have only two options.
1. Marry a prince.
2. Convince your father to take over a country with a monarchy and massacre all surviving members of the royal family and declare himself king. That would make you a princess until the opposition takes your father out.

If you choose your parents carefully, and make sure your father is a king, you, too, can be a princess. If you missed out on that one, you can marry a prince and then you will be a princess. If you blew both of those, you can change your name to 'princess' -- just like 'Prince' changed his name.

Well basically you are either born into it, or you get lucky enough to marry a Prince. And if that happens you hope and pray that you actually do receive the title and the prince's family doesn't decide to disinherit him or take his title away, or they decide to give you a lower status of lady, countess, etc.

that questions with no details is hard,
coz u might need to marry a prince,or i have another opinion of my own.
deep in side my slef i feel iam aprincess some how even if iam not and that feeling make me seek higher and higher , iam not engaged so i sometimes imagine my man as my prince .
all u have to do try to have politely and u will find people treat u as one.

The only legal ways are to marry a prince or change your name (so princess is your 1st name).
You can however buy the title Lady or Lord - it's unreal what you can buy these days (hee hee)
