Are you pregnant? I've heard ginger tablets work. I've also used an over the counter anti-nausea liquid at wal-mart. It gives short term relief. Do certain foods trigger the nausea? Milk, greasy foods, sweets? All these can aggravate underlying problems such as Lactose intolerance, a bad gall bladder. Also it could be from an ulcer or a glucose imbalance. I'd try anti-acid or the ginger first if you don't see a food pattern. Are you on any medications that cause nausea, ask your doc to dial back the dose.

Raspberry leaf tea works wonders, but if you hate tea, you can buy it at any health food store (and many pharmacies). Also, try pinching the fleshy skin area between your thumb and forefinger. Another pressure point that is supposed to work is your earlobe...try pressing it (not too hard, but constant pressure for about 30 seconds to 1 minute).

Hope that helps! Other than that, get a pregnancy test :)

YES... White tic tacs. Mint is a natural stomach settler and if you have an upset stomach or nausea eat the white tic tacs and you'll be fine. TRUST ME. It works every time.
