They are the same? I don't know why they would have to be non-vertical. Maybe infinite slope isn't the same as infinite slope. Oh, perpendicular. That's a different story. LOL.

the one slope would be the negative reciprocal of the other slope. for example, if one is 2, the other would be -1/2
