Sure.
It is hard to go a day without some song getting into your head at some point, though. Yesterday I had some song from the Tom Sawyer musical film from 1973 stuck in my head. (I could have sworn it was a Disney film, but I just looked it up and it was by Reader's Digest of all things!)

Yes, I've done it before. Right after I had my appendectomy, I didn't feel like singing or humming.
