for the blood stains try using proxide and this sounds crazy but for the ink try spraying hair spray straight onto the area

Cold water soak for blood, and lots of oxyclean for anything! Soak as long as you reasonably can. The longer the soak the better the results [within reason, something short of a week hmm ;-)]

blood: cold saline solution (salt+water) if it hasn't been exposed to heat. Ink: soak in milk--yes, like what you drink--
"shout" presoak after that

Salt is good for blood, and bicarb is good for most things, but if all else fails try using Ariel it shifts everything

hair spray and isopropyl rubbing alcohol. spray and massage the stain then wash keep doing so it will work
