No more party boats for Daunte Culpeper?
Culpeper's knees fragile - can't run a lick and can't throw a lick. What a wasted career....

I'm not ready to say that Nick Saban (former SEC coach with LSU) is another Steve Spurrier (former Florida coach who failed with the Redskins) but there is a long road ahead and Miami hasn't been at the top for a long time.

Culpepper was sacked 21 times in the first 4 games. He was on pace to be sacked the most times in a season EVER. His mobility is partly to blame, but more to the point the offensive line has been porous. They've had to shuffle the line a couple of times already because of injury.

Although the announcers talked up Harrington, don't expect him to be the answer. He threw 2 interceptions to zero touchdowns against the Patriots. Same old Joey Harrington.

Also, the 6 game run at the end of the 05 season was hollow. It was a really hot really lucky streak. Miami wasn't quite as good as it appeared.

Biggest problem so far...Culpepper. Even the past week with Harrington he played better. The O line definitely needs some work but it appears that most of the problem was Culpepper. His biggest attribute as a QB WAS his mobility. Even during his hey-day in Minnesota it was his legs that created things. He's not very accurate, he doesn't read Ds and make quick decisions all that well, so you take away the mobility and what do you have left? I think Miami fans are seeing what's left. I said from day 1 that picking him up for a 2nd round pick was a huge mistake.

Here....
-Their oline can't block. At all.
-Mike Mularkey is a terrible OC and doesn't give Ronnie Brown the rock nearly as much as he should.
-Daunte Culpepper is the same QB he always was, except far less mobile. In other words, a mistake-prone loser who puts up gaudy stats.
-Their secondary is a joke. Ryan Leaf could pick it apart...

Well all the preseason picks had them going far in the playoffs but i never knew why. They assumed Daunte would be as good as he was with Moss, coming off a major knee injury? that was assuming a lot. Their D is solid but they need more offense

the offensive line is horrible. They let the QB whether it is Daunte or Joey take a ton of hurries and sacks. Can't get in any offensive rythym. That leads to 3 and outs then defense gets wore out and there you have it.

Um... Daunte "F-in" Culpepper? Backup couldn't even cut it in Detroit... Nick Saban = biggest hype machine EVER?

Culpepper is OVERRATED. Randy Moss made him look good and everyone believed he really was that good. Part of that though is that people didn't want to like Moss so they were going to give credit to anyone BUT him.

It is something to do with the marlins playing in the same stadium. The marlins bad luck was still left there after their season.
