Also, any suggestions on a good, inexpensive ISP??
Juno, perhaps?

I would avoid juno, but to answer your first question, IE will maintain your favorites irregardless of your ISP.
As for your email addresses, you would look for an export utility under options or preferences etc, but not every email provider allows for export of your address book. (e.g. last friend I helped, couldn't extract her addresses from aol)

Your "favorites" are a file on your hard drive, and should still be there in IE after you change ISPs. They are independent of the ISP. Your e-mail address books is another issue. Depending on what e-mail you use, you may or may not be able to save the adress book. You do not list your current e-mail (and it is different for each) so can not answer that part. Worst case: you may have to print them and then retype into new e-mail account.

Have used both Juno and Netscape. They were both OK.

Your list of favorites should be saved no matter what Isp you are using...it gets saved to your computer. As far as Isp..I dunno, it depends on if you want dial up or high speed. you can try Earthlink..they have a deal with dial up where the first 6 months is 6.95, as far as high speed, I'm not sure, I use AT&T/SBC yahoo high speed, it's only $15 a month, and it gives you access to features on yahoo, such as music, videos, and more for free just because you have that ISP. I don't know though if you have to have phone service with SBC in order to use their high speed
