What is the best to use when the computer your on blocks the anonymizer sites as well... is there a site around this?
I'm at work and would love to be able to access e-bay.

Ask yourself why your boss blocked ebay.com.
Most likely, they don't want you surfing the internet when you are supposed to be working.
If you use a proxy site, your boss will block that site as well. Wait until you get home to surf the internet like the rest of us do.
