you can make a corn pillow with feed corn (not cracked corn) it can be purchased a feed stores or hunting stores I have one and use it every night on my back

- it's a good idea to sift the chaff and other non-corn bits out before putting into a pillow

I used about 3 cups of corn in my pillow and microwave it for about 3 minutes but heating time will vary depending on how big you make your pillow

There's a bunch of things, but remember, if you are using organic products they will all eventually start to pick up an odor. You can use:
Dried Beans
Salt
Cracked Nut Shells
Buckwheat

You mean like in a bag that you nuke for a few minutes, then put on sore muscles? Try dried beans for that.

you can get a heating pad too, their not that much, also they have come out with a stick on heating patch,
