I'm sure that people do win the publisher's clearing house sweepstakes because they would be in trouble if it were a scam. However, your chance of winning is probably 1 in a hundred million or more. They just want you to buy magazines and things that you don't really need. I hate to buy anything from them because the postage often costs more that the item you could buy somewhere else.

They do not give the name of the sweepstakes winner due to fear of their dear ones being kidnapped.
I wonder if there are any as in INDIA the Reader's Digest is having this trick to market their books & CD's since years too long I dont remember but they have cleaned my purse nice.Stupid my wife says to me.

ya know, now that i think about it, i havent! I saw on tv the other day that mcdonalds is bringing back monopoly. you can win up to 5million. Iv never heard of anyone winning that either!
