Is there a way to go from component video cables to USB?

I want to be able to connect my Xbox 360, or any other video game system to play through my computer. Once I have accomplished that, I will try to record them using Media Center or some other program. Is there a way to attach the console to play through my laptop?

No. Converting analog video to digital will incur a noticeable lag and make videogames unplayable.

But you can try products from Plextor, Dazzle, Canopus, or Pinnacle.
