Yes but it is also a pre-menstraul, menstraul, and stressed symptom. For the first 5 years of me being menstraul, my nipples didn't get sore. But then all of a sudden they started getting sore about a week and a half before I would come on. Calm down and wait to see if your Aunt Bloody Mary comes for her monthly visit. If she doesn't show up, go get a blood pregnancy test done.

When I was pregannt with my 1st child, my WHOLE BOOB hurt! I wouldnt take a test until you missed your period, but yes it could be a sign of pregnancy!
