I took the smac exam which is a blood test and my liver came out to be swollen, do you think there is a probability that when I had the test done I had just taken the morning after pill so that that is why my liver came out to be swollen or not ? This is very important I need to know if it is because of the pill or maybe I have some other problem

I would suggest calling your doctor's office and asking. Or at least calling a family planning clinic and asking them. Good luck.

No, the morning after pill has nothing to do with liver function.
You liver is swollen for other reasons. You need to discuss the results of your test with your doctor. And you need to stop having unprotected sex and use condoms.
