honestly no on the grounds that in Italy you have continuously first: anti-pasti,consistent with probability a soup,then diff. pasta's and after various substantial classes yet they have not got aside fm some areas american length parts! It's ati-pasto or anti-pasti. Anti-pasta is being against pasta....and to answer your question, no you will not still be hungry.

if you are a male.. you'll still be hungry (coz men are either hungry or horny)

if you are a female... probably you'll be full in just pasta (or having a headache) and won't eat antipasta :-)

considering you would have had 2 courses of different foods I would hope that you arent still hungry. thats quite a bit of food to have eaten and still be hungry!
