There are lip plumping glosses/lipstick. They wont last too long, you would have to keep reapplying if you want them for a long time. Believe it or not, the first two Work REALLY well!!!
(from best to least best, because they all work great lol)

Try Fusion Beauty:

Try Venom Lip plumping

More great lip plumpers:

This is more a lipstick than a plumper:

COLLAGEN will work OK.
NOTE: Lip plumpers make your lips feel uncomfortable, even hurt. Some just have a spicy tingle.

The Victoria Secret one works pretty well...the one from Bath and Body works and the Sally Hanson ones (I've tried a couple) just make your lips goopy but no real plumping.

you have many selections! listed right here are a number of my favorites: MAC - Lipsticks and lipglass the two smell like vanilla. city Decay - Lip gunks (gloss) are all diverse scents & very yummy! My fave is great Bang which smells like Cinnamon. different scents comprise cherry cola (Kiss), apple (Gash), mandarin orange (midnight Cowboy), and somewhat some others. Lola - Lip gloss smells like mint. Lancome - Juicy tubes are available in diverse scents. Stila - Lip glazes are all diverse scents (Strawberry, Watermelon, Vanilla, Blackberry, etc. many times fruity scents). bath & physique Works make some exciting ones, and for drugstore ideas, i admire the smell of L'Oreal colour Juices.

Physicians Formula "plump palette". It's a case with 4 colors. It has like Cinnamon in it or something that plumps your lips. I use it and it's not dramatic but it gives enough.

MAC has a new line of Plumpglass, a lipgloss with plumping effect. You can actually go to their website and check that out.

HA HA HA HA!!
The first answer is funny.

It's not a lipSTICK, really but there's a line of lip glosses from Too Faced that really works to plump up your lips.

Try their product called Lip Injection.
(No real injection required.)

*You can get it at Nordstrom's, Sephora, Browne's & Co., etc.

It really works!!

There are a couple, but the best ones are the one that Victoria's Secret makes, and one by a brand called Pout, which is available at Sephora.
