Talk to your doctor. Yoga and swimming are great exercises to do while PG. Soccer can be kind of rough and might not be the best idea.

If you play soccer while you are pregnant you are not thinking about your future or the future of you child! Your child should be more important to you than that! Playing soccer sometimes you take some really hard hits, if you get hit in th right spot then it could not only kill your baby instantly but it could cause you some serios problems. There is a possibility that your would never be able to have kids for the rest of your life! If ir didn't kill the baby it could cause some major birth defects! So I think it is even stupid for you to even think about something like that!!!

Yes. You can do pretty much everything you were doing before you got pregnant, just becareful and let your doctor know if you experience any bleeding or anything that you don't think is normal. Lots of women play sports while their pregnant. My boss's wife told me she played softball until she was 7 months along. I've also been told the more active you are the easier pregnancy and delivery will be for you.

Think about what can and has happened in soccer like getting hit by a ball, falling down, accidentally getting kicked ect. Its really not a good idea to take those sorts of risks.

Honey, you could probably get hit by a bus and not endanger that baby. In fact, I was t-boned in my car when I was 7 months gone with my first, and she was fine. And I was butted in the belly hard enough to knock me down by a ram when I was maybe 8 months along with my fourth, and he was fine too. You can do anything you were accustomed to doing. Your little fella is very well protected in there, and pregnancy is not a disease!

oh no no no no! Light exercising is okay, but with soccer, its dangerous. If a ball hits your in your stomach, you could easily lose the baby. the first trimester is the most important part of your pregnancy, its also the most fragile. During your first trimester (which ends at 13 weeks) you really need take care of your body like it was glass!!

I would say no. The first 3 months of your prenancy are the most critical and even after that you should not do it. you dont want to risk getting hit in the stomache. Your also not suppost to run while your pregnant.

Sure, but when you start feeling strenuous stop. Which would be SOON if you were pregnant... so why bother trying for 5 minutes of play?
