It is 2:14 p.m. and it was raining so hard a miinute ago I could barely see the end of the driveway. The lake level is higher than it has been for this time of year in decades. Is it raining THERE?

I live in SE MI as well, and it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon here, I am so sick of this rain, we don't need anymore rain, where was this rain in July when we really needed it?

It's Michigan, you should know by now you can never predict the weather in Michigan and that anything is possible. We could have a hurricane form on one of the Great Lakes and I wouldn't be suprised.
