I don't believe Mike Brown is a good coach for the Cavaliers, he seems mediocre to me?

I don't think he is a great coach or anything. I don't doubt that he has decent coaching abilities but he never controlled Lebron's playing time and everytime he says he does he never does. (except in the preseason) You don't want to let Lebron overdo it. His will to win and love of the game will eventually take a toll on his body, and he needs someone to understand his limits. Lebron's abilities make Mike Brown seem like a better coach than he is in my opinion. Of course, if I were a Cavaliers manager I'd figure we are winning so it doesn't matter. I just feel like the Cavaliers could use a more powerful influential coach... Unfortunately I don't think there are any right now availible. That's just my opinion though, let me know yours.

I'm not trying to undermine him in any way, I just don't think that he's a good fit for them. That's all. I know I'm not capable of being a coach, no reason for that outburst from Murdock, chill. Anyways...

It's hard to say. If i'm correct he's only been with the Cavs one season. Lebron was on the roster the year before and they did worse so you could argue that Mike did make a difference. Cleveland in general are cursed when it comes to coaching staff for any sport. It's just they way it's been since I've been old enough to understand sports and it seems that's the way it's always going to be.

I think the Cavs need a veteran coach. I don't care for Mike Brown at all and his coaching during the playoffs against Detroit was horrible. They have the worse half court offense I've seen since the old Cavs grind it out mid 90s style. They should have tried to get Phil Jackson, or Larry Brown last off season
