No... when you start your period that is day 1... count then to day 14... that is approximately your ovuation date... Have sex day 10-18.

In general no. Ovulation usually doesn't occur until 14-18 days after the first day of your period. That would be your most fertile time. However, there are execptions to the rule

nope, if you have a 28 day cycle your best bet is 14 days after your period started.
