I think it is great that they have a good work ethic, but feel sorry for them that they have to work so hard.

I say good for them! I think anyone who wants to get raises should plan on working hard at their job. There's a lot of people who have or barely have a high school diploma and have lots of employees working for them and are very successful. I am all for free enterprise and rewards for those who try.

I'd say they should have finished high school, its not that hard just show up and you should be able to pass. but I'd give them some credit for working hard, and if they work hard enough and deserve a raise they should get it just like anyone else would.

More power to you! If you are a hard worker you deserve a raise(Being that minimum wage is what $5.15-$7.00 an hour)

i think its great that they're working hard. Its good to try to excel, but you should get a H.S. diploma. The easiest thing i have done in my life was just go to school.....
