Especially when you see who's recently vacated the seat and it's someone slightly creepy

It's particularly bad in the waiting room at the urology department.

Eugh, totally, I find it really horrible sitting on a warm seat, it makes me cringe. Also, at work, if someone comes and sits in my chair and they leave it warm I can't stand it. I also find it gross touching the rails that you hang onto on the train and even pushing the button to open or close the door, you just don't know who else had been touching it and what germs they've spread.
The absolute worst though, has to be a warm toilet seat - Yuck!!

As I am usually cold, I actually bask in the warmth of a newly vacated seat! What I can't do is walk in to a freshly vacated shower at the gym when the floor is still all wet and slimy - urrrrgh!

I really do feel uncomfortable...i get car sick easily, and this makes me feel pretty sick too. I try not to sit if someone's just vacated the seat, but let someone else sit.

Yeah it's totally uncomfortable and I always get the impression that the last person sitting there probably farted in the seat!! :-o

Not at all!!! I think it's actually pretty considerate. Ever sat on a cold toilet seat? It's much more comfortable if someone warms it up before you.

yeah! bus/ trains are never clean. I got on the train today and one of the carriages where locked off and there was this fowl odour coming from it, i swear to god i felt like i was in the dirtiest toilet ever. smelt like someone did a sh!t, it was so horrible only a few windows could open! :(

Absolutely - I was at the gym once and was on the exercise bike. There were two vacant ones next to me but this sleazy guy waited until I was off and then sat on it. He said he preferred that bike - yuck

Yes very uneasy, and thats with whoever has been sitting there.I dont think I would be able to sit there at all if it was someone that looked unclean.
