Yes £56 a week contact the Department for social security..but this will piss you off..if you are like my dad and worked hard all your life and never been on the dole..well he had to pay every penny back when he got his redundancy money through and they kick you off benifits after 6 months...thats what you can look forward to for working hard and losing your job through no fault of your own...makes you sick does`nt it....Hope you find a new job soon...good luck.

Yes you are entitled to life, liberty and the PURSUIT of happiness. After that no, but your company may have some benefits to help while you are looking for a new job, ask them. Good luck.

Yes you are entitled to job seekers allowance which is around £56.50 a week, you should call your local jobcentre they will them be able to advise you on your claim for job seekers allowance.
