Shyness
When you have a sort of fear of not being accepted, you tend to make less of a personality to be torn apart around those you don't know. as humans, we need acceptance at least every so often, so an experience of non-acceptance hurts alot.
Fear
Whenever one has a painful memory, it creates a reasonable fear. it's rather difficult to pinpoint all your rational fears, but it's easy to determine if they're worth being afraid of.
Anxiety
You experience anxiety when there is something that is vaguely or mostly out of your control. you know in your mind that you have limited to no control, so your mind puts out a bunch of different ideas...which make you nervous.
Phobias
Phobias are usually irrational fears. they usually are ranged from Arachnephobia (fear of spiders) to Arachibutyrophobia (fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of one's mouth) to Genephobia (fear of sex). they are usually caused by association, and a mix of fear.

They all derive from the Survival Mechanism.
Anger and hatred are also derived from the same mechanism.
