I managed to install and had the right green lights but when I try and connect it tells me I have no dial tone. I have my phone line into the ADSL modem, power supply, and LAN connection between pc modem and ADSL. I think I have configuerd the pc to obtain IP address ( Wanadoo) . I need a pc guru ...

ok first of all i dont think adsl requires a dial tone as it is broadband sencond of all use the cd for setting up wanadoo internet

I know nothing about dsl but have heard it's much like cable interenet, in which case you boot up the pc and the connection is already there to the internet provided you are plugged in with the right cable in the right hole. Maybe you still have your old dialup dialer still kicking in when it shouldn't. When you get the no dial tone message, just close that box and start up internet explorer.

I think you may already be connected, but the dialer is throwing you off.

Presumably you have connected the filters supplied by Wanadoo?
