I think when they are 12 and up, cos it's at that age that they get research assignments where they should write their own interpretation of something

Back when I was in school, I would have said age 10. Now, it's so much easier to copy/paste from the Internet that I'd say age 8 -- as soon as the kids start writing.

I told my son what plagarism was at age 7 because the teacher called and said he was copying someone in school one day.

My friend is a high school teacher...she says more than half the class...."cut and pastes" something from the net.

Then claim they had no idea....doing that was plagiarism????...GO FIGURE????
