0.5 cm

(Diameter of a circle*pie=circumference of a circle

Diameter of a circle=circumference of a circle/pie
Diameter of a circle=0.5*pie/pie
Diameter of a circle=0.5 cm.)

Circumference = diameter times pi
0.5 pi = diameter times pi
Divide both sides by pi and you will be left with your diameter.

Hope this helps. Good Luck.
