I like a medium v neck. don't cover up a nice neck. Too deep and its trashy, just a hint of cleavage, if that. A collared button down is sexy too, when the collars stands and open 3 buttons or so. you want to frame your neck, and not distract from it. Color depends on your skin coloring. I like muted, light colors, again, to enhance . To be definate, I'd have to see what you look like.

I think you probably have a sexy neck, and you want guys to notice it. So the thing to do is have medium/short hair that doesn't draw attention to itself, and maybe wear a short necklace or choker that draws attention to the neck. I think the shirt style should cause the eye to move up, so it should probably be a simple design, or dark color.

I really don't think a guy is looking at your NECK, and he probably could care less about what style the shirt is, as long as it highlights your breasts. Ask any guy, he doesn't even notice the neck of your shirt.
