I know I know if you are wondering if he is cheating he is right.. But I want to know tips and good tricks to hands down catch him just curious do anyone have ideas on ways to catch a man cheating or tips.

just keep ur eyes open, if u think he is...he most likely is. go through phone records, emails, etc...if u must. does he disappear after work or stay really late when he never has in the past? take a ride, bring a girlfriend, just in case u do catch him u will be in no shape to drive.

I can't say that I know how you can catch him the action but to know if he is cheating or not is not that hard to find out. It is all about how he is acting, has he changed the way he talks to you or looks at you? Has he not been showing you affection like he use too? When he gets a phone call on does he ever leave your side to have a private conversation with who ever it on the other line? All these things are clue that tell you that he is cheating on you.

Photos...VIDEO.. phone camera, etc..
there must be a place where they are meeting..probably at her house, or even trips, etc. I suggest, borrowing a friend's car, and check out the location of his new "thang". If you do not know who she is, you need to find out. Could be that he is not telling her anything as well. Best to just get photos of them together.
Especially in precarious situations..

B. Go to lunch
C. Go home

FOLLOW in someone Else's car..use a wig, or disguise because that will all be an un-noticed factor. I have even
followed couples after they went inside, and got shots of sex
through the front window..they didn't notice.. rather BRAZEN!
I suggest you get some HARD evidence, and even then,
names and addresses always help to win a case!

Become your own private investigator ,follow him,check cell phone records and numbers,stop by unexpectedly for lunch where he works one day,you know nobody has to tell you. Just do it and be over it . and if you find out he is cheating, take pictures get proof and when you do have to go to court take the proof he will give you anything you want.

when ever you have a feeling your man is cheating....i suggest to you that you not say anything, because if you do....he'll know that you are aware so that will make him be more careful about being caught....and he'll be 2 steps ahead of you....why give him that much?? especially when you don't have any proof. don't set off vibes that you think he's cheating...because it will be much harder for you to catch him if he is cheating. just go about your daily routines....don't change your behaviour keep the same attitude....remember he's the one who's guilty, and by you acting like you don't know anything...he will get caught....because he's not going to be thinking....so if he's cheating trust me he's going to dig his own whole to fall into...remember to not confront him unless you have firm evidence....because if you confront him now without any proof then he will definitely be 2 steps ahead of you.

If a man seems more eager for sex and doing wild things you haven't done (like this comes on suddenly) that's a good sign.
If he is spending alot more time than usual making sure he "looks good" thats a good sign
If he buys NEW underwear (don't laugh) it's a VERY good sign.
I would put spyware on his computer too.

If you or a friend are bored one day, stake out his place and follow him. Make sure you (the victim) is out/unavailable for the day so he doesn't think he needs to check in on you. Take a camera too on the stakeout.

follow him. Start writting down the things you may think he's lying about. Hit redial on phone, mostly you're on top of it. Instincts are almost always correct unless you are just of asuspicious nature.

catch him in a lie... don't force it just remember facts that he gives you then bring it up later... Hopefully he is not a better liar than you are a spy. Good Luck
