at all my jobs guys make a pass on me. i dated some men in the past in jobs i did not like. my current job is lovely. should i date anyone or wait? i dont like being alone and i believe work is a grat place to find people to date but, should i? another thing, is it only about sex, dating with someone at work i mean

there is no hr department in my company and they dont make a pass on me in a bad way. what if i really like on of these guys?? should i go out? what if he tells other people?

You are happy with your current job which is good..not many people find a job where they can look forward to go to. Stay in this job. As for getting a date, try professional dating services..that is the really great place to find dates. Moreover, it's not good to have romances at work because if your dates don't go well, your work life suffers as well.
As for your last question, 98% of the time, it is only about sex when you are dating someone at work.
So my answer to you is, get a friend and go speed dating. I guarantee that you'll find someone. Good Luck!

Are you saying you only date guys you work with for sex?? If so you need to get some pride and respect for yourself. Just going with someone just to be with a person or to have sex is not the way to live your life. When you meet that special someone and then you look back and YIKES! You may have quite a history of guys.ICKY! And that's besides all the other reasons...
But anyway.......dating with people you work with is not usually a good idea. Most of the time something happens and then especially since you say you like this job..you are stuck working with a person you were once close to..been there.and it's not exactly the most comfortable situation. Sometimes it may work yes....just make sure you don't just go with someone to be with a person.
People always talk...been there also unfortunately........better to avoid giving them stories to talk about.........

I have done it, but you have to see what the personality is like first. If they are not likely to take a rejection well, pass... Start with a lunch together under pretense of work conversation. You'll can learn a lot in half an our in a one-on-one conversation and then make your decision. That way it's safe and no strings attached.

getting romantically involved with co-workers can make for a very uncomfortable working environment especially if it is all sexual in nature. you should keep things at a professional level while at work and when men make passes at you, you should be very clear that you're not interested. if they persist, you can talk to your human resources department about what to do about it.

I've always been told...don't get your meat (relationships) where you get your bread (cash). If a relationship ends badly would you still want to see your ex at work everyday? Its not worth it. You can meet people anywhere...a job you love is not as easy to find.

concentrate on ur work....n focus...ignore thm till u can.....but do tell thm being stern n make sure u take ur TL in loop of things happening if its exagerating a lot...or else..just chill n work....
