Do you mean the ones like: Abbot and Costello meet the Mummy?
If that's what you're looking for , try Walmart or Best Buy. It's close to Halloween and they should have them in stock. If not there, look in your yellow pages and see if there is a listing for video/dvd stores that carry cult classics. You may luck out and find them there or they may know how you can get a copy.

If you only want to see them and not own them, check your local library. Movies like that are usually available to check out.
