We've been debating this question on and off over the past few years, and we've decided that either Ireland or Canada would work for us, mainly because we're too lazy to learn another language.

I got to go to Uganda for a couple weeks and I loved it. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Granted, I would like to have a real toilet and shower if I lived there, but in Kampala that would be doable. :)

I bet I would choose Italy since Italian food is my favorite. Out of the places I've traveled, I would choose France because it was absolutely romantic and the shopping was exquisite.
