shave properly, there has been studies done with a 5 blade will prevent over ingrown hairs or bumps and redness. Three blades cause more irratation and cause ingrown hairs, using that new men's razor will help make sure it says 5 blades and lather and use warm water will help stop it.

Type ingrown hairs into ebay - it'll give you this cream that supposedly prevents them. Haven't tried it myself though

Exfoliate!! Use a Glycolic facial cleanser. They exfoliate the skin without the abrasiveness work really well. When you get waxed or tweeze be sure to an astringent after to re-tighten the pores too.

try threading your eybrows... its really good and gives them a nice shape and its healthy!! mostly the indians do threading at salons they do a very good job at it... they are know for those kind of things... i really do think that is prevents ingrown hairs!!!

Try using St. Ives apricot scrub on your face a couple times a week, it will help. It helped me anyways!
