I finally got my wife to agree to have one acct for bills and one acct for the house & misc and the rest goes into savings.

The Bills acct pays for things that have a regular amount each month. X goes in and X goes out.

The House acct handles all the variables like food about $200 a week, clothes X, repair X, gas X. Most of the spending here can be controlled be deciding if it can wait -wait.

Since setting this up this way our credit rating has gone up, not stressing about paying bills and have made head way on our debt.

The problem is she is complaining of not having moeny to spend and I can't make her see that we need to be fruggle right now and spend smart. Any ideas on how to explain this?

reckoning on the particular form of joint possession (there are a minimum of four), the account ought to be a piece of his belongings, or you should be sole proprietor of the account from the 2d he died. To the quantity the account is component to his belongings, it ought to be used to pay his debts. you're in no way in my view in charge for his debts, till your call is likewise on the debts. That stated, utilities expenses should not be very great. in case you in simple terms pay them off, you are able to avert arguing with the utility companies over the concern.
